 Account Deletion Request for GameMaps

To request the deletion of your GameMaps account and all associated data, please follow these steps:

1. Send an Email Send an email to yp04yp04@gmail.com from the email address associated with the Google account you used to sign in to GameMaps.

2. Email Subject Please use the following subject line for your email: Account Deletion Request

3. Email Content In the body of the email, please clearly state that you wish to delete your account and all your data.

What data will be deleted? Once we receive and verify your request, we will permanently delete the following information from our Firebase servers:

• Your authentication record (your account itself).

• Your user document, which contains your email and profile name.

• All of your saved progress, including:

  • The list of completed markers for each map.

  • All personal notes you have added to markers.

  • All custom markers you have created.

  • Your in-app purchase history.

What data will be retained? No personally identifiable information will be retained. We may retain anonymous, non-identifiable usage data for statistical purposes.

Process and Confirmation The deletion process may take up to 14 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your data has been deleted.
